DePape Associates currently uses [3D modeling] more extensively than most offices (regardless of size). We have successfully applied this tool to the complex design/building process for more than fifteen years. Because of our dynamic 3D presentations, you will know how your rooms will look and feel before they are built. You’ll make decisions more easily and with greater confidence, reducing the number of costly change orders during construction.The new houses and additions you see here reflect the variety of interests among our clients. Our projects include a French estate, an English manor, a craftsman house, a geometric modern house, a house in the tropics, and house near wetlands in a flood plain, and many other examples.
You and your friends can find us as the local architect and using the terms Lake Forest Park architects, Shoreline Architects, Bothell Architects and Kenmore Architects. Though we also respond to Belize Architects where Dennis DePape was a Peace Corp volunteer and has since developed new house designs.

DePape Associates skills span from modern architecture to traditional architecture. We are residential architects who carefully balance materials, budget and client needs using the knowledge and skill acquired over twenty five years of design and construction management. DePape Associates considers itself to be steep slope architects, green architects and wetland architects since we have worked on many projects with these challenging characteristics.
